2 GLASS FRESH SUGAR CANE JUICE –
5 TABLESPOON SUGAR
LEMON
MINT LEAF 50LEAF WITH TWIGS
SODA
SUGAR CANE STICKS
Heat the juice till boiling , and the sugar , stir till all sugar melted in . do not put sugar before the juice is boiling. Slow heat put in the mint leaf and slice of a lemon in it . boil for half hour . you will get maybe 75% of what you have started .
Chilled it and serve with adding soda to the juice . 50-50 part , garnish with sugarcane stick , mint leaf and diced lemon
