RECIPE FOR VIRGIN MOJITO
2 GLASS FRESH SUGAR CANE JUICE –
5 TABLESPOON SUGAR
LEMON
MINT LEAF 50LEAF WITH TWIGS
SODA
SUGAR CANE STICKS
Heat the juice till boiling , and the sugar , stir till all sugar melted in . do not put sugar before the juice is boiling. Slow heat put in the mint leaf and slice of a lemon in it . boil for half hour . you will get maybe 75% of what you have started .
Chilled it and serve with adding soda to the juice . 50-50 part , garnish with sugarcane stick , mint leaf and diced lemon

About Party's Planner
The Party’s Planner was established in June 2007 by its founder Mr. Raymond Poon who saw an avenue and an opportunity to cater to small warm home parties of less than 20 pax.
On this basis, he started his vision of a stress free, take away party concept for clients who wanted to organise small parties for their friends & family and also to assist them to be a great host.
With over 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry , ranging from the Swiss Training and College, Regent Hotel, Ming Court (i.e CORUS hotel), Alexis Bistro and Mr. Ho’s Fine Food . The Party’s Planner has the experience of offering its clients party planning services ranging from casual get-togethers to fine dining.
To date, The Party’s Planner have grown from a vision of planning small parties to even huge events.
