Food & Beverage Catering Service

With over 28 years experiences in F& B industry encompassing Front & Back Line duties from various Cafes & Hotels , namely The Regent KL , Alexis Bistro & Mr Ho’s Fine Foods , we can say we can handle most of our clients request in term of selections cuisine and service style .

Our Menu consist of International , Western &  good fusion mix  of Asian , Malaysian and International Cooking .

CARVING & LIVE STATION

Roast Whole New Zealand Lamb have been our signature selection where we will roast at the clients venue and carve ala live station so that it create a sense of connections between the foods and guest .

We also offer others Live Station selection like stall concept local or international foods , dessert , appetizer or canapes , Pasta , Okonomiyaki as well Korean topoki . And there is much more we can do that allow guest be able to see the foods prepared and served .

Party’s Planning

Establish in 2007 , we have been standing strong for more than a decade , where we assist our clients in planning , organizing and executing their ideas for their party .

We can provides Tents , Marquee , Audio Visual , Tables Chairs , Decorations , Staffing and many more .

  

DIY BBQ & DELIVERY MENU

Often times when our clients wanted to do a party with very small number of guest ( we also caters to small parties ) they will find it hard to engage a caterer . DIY BBQ is we delivers ready to grill , marinated and on a planned quantity where our clients just need BBQ it and enjoy the party . We can also provide the chef if required by guest .

DELIVERY MENU is set menu of planned selections suitable for small parties where we deliver all the foods together with the utensils so that our clients and guest can enjoy the party in a more cozy atmosphere .
